Your workbooks and data stay where you decide, under your own security policies.
Dedicated hosting
We run a dedicated environment for you in the region of your choice, for example in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the EU, so your data stays within the jurisdiction you need.
Microsoft Azure
We deploy Excelerant in the Azure region of your choice. Because Microsoft is a US company, US law can also apply there.
Separate environments
Development, test and production are kept apart, so a new version is tested before your users see it.
Access control
Roles decide who can view, run, change or manage each model. Access rules go down to a sheet or a range of cells, and the server enforces them, in downloads too.
Personal data
Mark which sheets or ranges hold personal data; those cells are masked in downloads. Set how long saved calculations are kept, after which they are archived, deleted or anonymised.
Audit trail
Every calculation is logged with who ran it, when and with which version. In a shared workbook, every change is recorded with who made it and when.
Sign-in with Microsoft Entra ID
Users sign in with Microsoft Entra ID. In a hosted environment we connect Excelerant to your own Entra tenant, so your colleagues use the accounts they already have.
