This policy covers website visitors and people who contact us. Data that clients process in the Excelerant platform is covered by our agreement with that client.
What we process and why
When you contact us: your name, email address, company and the content of your message, so we can answer you or arrange a demo. We keep this as long as needed for the contact, and no longer than two years after our last contact unless you become a customer.
When you visit the website: technical data such as your IP address and browser, which is needed to deliver the website securely. This is kept only briefly.
Analytics: we only use analytics cookies if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored in your browser, and you can change it at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page.
Service providers
We use reliable providers for website hosting and email. They process data only on our behalf. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing info@excelerant.nl. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
